Meet Michele.

As Founder and Creative Director for Gryphon Design Strategy, I work to inspire discovery, relevance and affiliation between customers and brands. 

I began our “small but mighty” agency several years ago because I wanted to address the full customer experience for our clients. From ideation to activation, Gryphon Design Strategy partners with emerging and established companies to enhance product relevance and visual identity. We are “big-thinkers” who love to get our hands dirty, and love solving problems for clients in consumer goods, fashion, technology, and world health.

With over 15 years experience leading global apparel design and brand storytelling for Nike, Adidas Group and L.L. Bean, I launched Gryphon to help clients tell their stories in deeply meaningful and enduring ways. Our team is comprised of passionate brand advocates, employing user-centered design, psychographic profiling and cultural anthropology to help inform creative decisions. We are fashion designers, graphic artists, digital designers and brand strategists. Working across all consumer touch-points, we offer a one-stop-shop for emerging and established brands.
